Generosity of “100 Women Who Care Ottawa” Results in Increased Participation
“100 Women Who Care Ottawa” is a wonderful group of women doing so much good for the Ottawa Community. We were honored to be profiled with two other great charities at their September meeting. Thanks to the generosity of their members, we have been able to add additional participants with neuro-diversity to our unmounted programs with our horses. Check out “100 Women Who Care Ottawa” before their upcoming December 4 meeting.
Great Clinic “Para-Equestrian Education For All”
Thanks to Clive Milkins, Equestrian Canda and all the participants (coaches, riders and volunteers) for a great clinic Oct. 6-7 at TROtt. Great information – in the classroom and the arena. TROtt is honoroured to part of an eco-system of organizations advancing para-dressage in Canada. For more information visit Equestrian Canada’s website where you can find their publication, “The Power of Para-Dressage From Therapy to Podium”
Great Connections at Metcalfe Fair 2023
Thanks so much to the great team at Metcalfe Fair for the opportunity for TROtt to have a booth. Our “horse”, Charity, got a real workout meeting long-time and new connections. We are grateful for the new volunteers who joined us, and are so excited for the new participants who started with us following the Fair.
Sad News
It is with profound sadness that we share the recent passing of Mr. Gordon Reid. Mr. Reid and his wife, Nancy Reid, have been outstanding supporters of TROtt for decades. The TROtt community offers its’ sincerest condolences to Mrs. Reid and their family.
