Association of Ottawa-Carleton

Since 1975, we have been transforming lives and improving the quality of life for people with diverse disabilities through the healing power of horses. Therapeutic riding empowers participants to build strength, confidence, independence, and joy. With the support of our specially trained therapy horses, certified staff, and more than 200 dedicated volunteers, every ride becomes an opportunity for growth, healing, and possibility.

Men’s Drop-In

 Every Tuesday from 10 am to 12, starting October 28, men are invited to TROtt’s workshop for coffee, a chat, sometimes to work on small projects, and more… This is free thanks to the support of the Ontario Seniors Community Grant.
